One of the biggest challenges and unanticipated tasks of the project was restructuring the design process after a project is complete. As our process has always been to handle brand identity and the website design through a single agency partner, this process was never really tested before. As a result, a lot of discussions and disagreements were the norm which eventually led to a new development cycle that included the redesign of both the website and print collateral.
I wanted to make sure that the process was streamlined to accommodate the all the various changes to the both the website and print. While the client and agency both loved the designs, in hindsight some of the design decisions we made were not as elegant as some of the others out there. We were also under the gun in a shorter timeframe, and some of the design decisions were made based on constraints.
