1. Visit www.presentitnow.com and download the application (.exe file).
2. When you receive an.exe file, double click on it, and this will extract the content of the.exe file, which will be the Present it now! executable.
3. Double-click on it, and this will run a setup wizard that will guide you through the application’s installation.
Once you are done, start the application by double-clicking on it.
4. Click on the present it now! button, and a window should open.
5. In the ‘User name’ field, enter the user name that you want to present to. Also, enter the password if you want to restrict access to the desktop presented.
6. Enter the ‘Name of the desktop’ in the ‘Include a name’ field. Enter a name for the desktop that you want other users to see.
7. Click on the ‘Accept’ button to proceed with sharing the desktop.
